Wise Timetable 6.33

To access your University or College timetable online, you can utilize this user-friendly mobile application, which provides an up-to-date overview of the entire year's schedule. Upon launching the application for the first time, you have the option to enter the school code "demo" to preview its functionality or input your specific school code obtained from your school administration or located at the bottom right corner of the Wise Timetable desktop web application.

After inputting the school code, you must select your student group(s) or lecturer's name. By default, the day view displays the current date and hour, showing your daily timetable. You can easily switch to a weekly view by rotating your phone horizontally or accessing the left-sided slide menu or top menu, where you can also opt for a monthly timetable view.

In the main menu, you can access alerts related to your courses, integrated within the timetable and indicated by an exclamation mark icon in the event corners.

You can adjust your student group(s) or lecturer's name in the Settings menu to align with your current academic year or subject area.

All timetable events are represented in blue boxes next to their corresponding hours. Non-lecture events set by the school administration, such as exam reservations or custom events, are displayed in light blue color.

To enrich your timetable view, consider integrating external calendars. This feature allows you to add external calendars through the Settings menu; they will be displayed as green boxes. All-day events like birthdays and holidays appear at the start of the day, while specific time events are shown at their scheduled hours. You can toggle external calendars on or off via the menu option in the top right corner above the timetable view.

In the weekly view, you have control over displaying weekdays with light red backgrounds indicating their names.

For swift navigation to today's date, simply click on the icon at the top right corner that displays today's date.

Navigation within daily, weekly, or monthly views is intuitive—just swipe left or right to move through the timetable.
